Privacy policy

When you contact Triple Four Studio, you share information with us. This page explains what we collect, how we use it and how to ask us about it.
Who we are
Triple Four Studio is a website design and development business based in Nigeria, run by Joshua Adegbite. This policy covers our website, project enquiries and client relationships.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@triplefour.studio.
Information we collect
- When you enquire: your name, email address and message. You can also share your company name, website, the service you need, budget and timing.
- When we work together: contact details, emails, call bookings, project materials, agreements and billing records.
- When you visit: analytics information such as pages viewed, referral sources, approximate location, browser and device type. Our hosting service also handles technical information, including IP addresses, to serve the site and help prevent misuse.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, passwords or payment-card details through an enquiry form.
How and why we use it
We use these details to answer your questions, prepare proposals, arrange calls and carry out agreed work. We also keep the records needed to run the business, handle payments and protect the website.
The reason for using your information depends on the situation. It may be to discuss work you have asked about, fulfil our agreement, meet a legal requirement or run and protect our business. Where your consent is required, we ask for it.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. You can ask us to stop following up at any time. If you separately agree to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe or email us to stop them.
Facebook and Instagram enquiries
If you enquire through one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, Meta sends us the contact details and answers you submit. Some fields may be filled in from your profile. We use that information to follow up about your website project.
Meta also processes information under its own privacy policy. Our website and services are independent of Meta.
Services we use
Vercel hosts this website and provides its analytics. Resend sends enquiries from the website form to our inbox. Namecheap provides our business email hosting, and email forwarding services may also handle messages sent to our addresses. The site loads its typefaces through Google Fonts.
If you book a call through Cal.com or contact us on a social platform, that service handles your information under its own privacy policy. If another person helps us deliver your project, we share only the information they need for that work.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it where the law requires us to, or where needed to address fraud or a legal claim.
Some of these services process information outside Nigeria or the country where you live. You can contact us with questions about the services used for your enquiry or project.
Analytics and external services
Vercel Web Analytics helps us see which pages people visit and how they find the site. It gives us overall usage statistics and does not use third-party cookies to identify visitors. We do not send your form answers as analytics events.
When your browser loads Google Fonts, Google receives technical information about that request. Websites linked from this site, including booking tools and social platforms, have their own privacy and cookie settings.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and manage any work that follows. Project agreements and financial records may need to be kept longer for accounting, legal requirements or disputes. You can ask us to delete your information; we will explain if there are records we still need to keep. Our service providers have their own schedules for retaining logs and backups.
Keeping information secure
This website uses an encrypted connection. We limit access to enquiry and project information to the people and services that need it. No online service is completely secure.
If we handle personal information for a client’s website, we follow the client’s instructions and our project agreement. Visitors to that website should refer to the client’s privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, correct a mistake or ask us to delete it. Depending on the law that applies, you may also be able to object to how it is used, limit its use or request a transferable copy. You can withdraw consent for uses that depend on it.
Email info@triplefour.studio with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before sharing or changing information. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies and explain any records we need to keep.
You can also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or the relevant data-protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change requires a separate notice, we will provide one.
